| Bio: | About me? I'm just a girl on a quest. The quest. The quest to know myself and find my inner strength. I'm drawn towards epic stories of strength and perseverance, from female superheros to goddess lore. When not working or on the computer, you can find me running though the woods with my dogs, talking to trees and howling at the moon. I started this journal for me as a way to record my observations and give myself pep talks. I'm perpetually neurotic and obsessive, but I just know that I have both a wise old crone AND a brave, ferocious amazon warrior inside of me! Random things about me: I have a hard time expressing anger and sadness, but tears flow like crazy when I see or experience something beautiful. I'm a healer and I love people in my role as a nurse, but off duty I require a LOT Of alone time and space to keep my sanity. I'm very sensual... I love tastes and textures, smells and experiences. Music is my sun and hypervigilance is my superpower! The moon. What can I say about the moon? It rules and inspires me like the tides at sea.  When I dare to be powerful, to use my strength in the service of my vision, then it becomes less and less important whether I am afraid. (Audre Lord) Thou art goddess.
